SUPPORT NIGHTS FOR ANYONE DEALING WITH CANCER

Support groups are held on Monday nights as needed, and every alternate month on the first Monday of the month, there is a discussion group with a guest speaker on relevant topics for cancer patients. We welcome members of their families, volunteers and health professionals to attend these groups should they be interested.

BALYA Support Nights which are basically discussion groups, are held fortnightly on a specific Monday night and are attended by approximately 15-20 people at any one time. Phone 92442909 for dates.

These sessions provide continuing emotional, social and psychological support, and help those dealing with cancer maintain a positive mindset.  Guest speakers are invited to discuss topics of interest, and family members and friends are encouraged to attend. Questions are encouraged.

ONE DAY OPTIMUM HEALTH SEMINARS ARE CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO DEMAND

These are usually held on a Saturday and encompass Psychology and Nutrition for better health.  These are open to the public, and are held at the Karrinyup Centre 40 Davenport Street.
